As a Recruiter (12 month contract) , you’ll recruit top talent to meet the needs of our growing organization. What you'll do: - Identify and implement sourcing strategies to fill highly skilled hourly/technical roles such as A&P mechanics - Provide a full range of recruitment and selection support to the management team to achieve best hiring results that deliver business strategies and goals - Manage candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Conducting thorough technical prescreening - Leverage professional networks, social media, and other tools to proactively source candidate - Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate throughout the process - Negotiate offers to close candidates by leveraging your experience with competing for top talent Position Requirements: - Bachelo...
