In order to support future growth and the achievement of sales, margin and commercial objectives, our Grocer Award Winning Bestway Vans Direct team is looking to recruit a Field Sales Manager, managing a team covering the UK as part of our Salesforce + Team Reporting into the National Sales Manager you will effectively manage all people and operational aspects of the team, directing, training and motivating your team of Field Sales Representatives in the achievement of sales, business development, customer satisfaction objectives, ensuring this growth area continues to regularly over perform.
