In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing medication therapy, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes. Proficient in sterile compounding, USP 797/800 compliance, and hospital regulatory standards, with demonstrated involvement in antimicrobial stewardship, quality improvement initiatives, and adherence to clinical protocols.
