Job Title: Coordinator- Ticket Operations Job Summary: The Coordinator-Ticket Operations will play an essential role in the daily operations of the Ticket Office. Reporting to the Director-Ticket Systems, the Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the creation of events and all things related to selling tickets through the ProVenue/Tickets.com ticket system. They will also provide support to fans at the box office and assist the different departments within the Royals organization with various initiatives. This includes ticket processing, mobile distribution, selling tickets, and customer service. Other duties assigned as necessary. Position Accountabilities/Responsibilities: - Assist with setup building all things related to selling tickets in the Tickets.com system. - Upkeep of account access and permissions within ProVenue system. - Assist and review all ticketing related builds on the ProVenue system and online ticket sales. - Assist with dynamic pricing through the application used for pricing, currently Demand Analytics. - Assist with applications used for concessions connected with ticketing, currently Shift4/Givex. - Provide support to the Ticket Sales and Ticket Servi...
