This responsibility is a multishift, 7 day per week operation with approximately 100 employees. Manages an operating budget of approximately $10mm per year. They are responsible for instilling a mindset of zero injuries. The operations manager must oversea a robust asset reliability program to ensure our manufacturing equipment is properly maintained to maximize it's useful life. Our quality standards must always be met and fill rates are expected to be at least 98%. The operations manager must have a long term view of plant profitability, driving the team to work on projects that will continuously improve our profitability. 1.
