Job description

What you’ll do: - Define the end-to-end AI RAN architectural vision and strategy, including key layers, interfaces, and evolution steps. - Establish a technology roadmap that addresses foundational capabilities (data, models, compute placement, automation loops) required for AI-enabled RAN autonomy. - Lead strategic decisions that impact platform direction, aligning architecture with portfolio competitiveness and operational outcomes. - Influence portfolio optimization by identifying opportunities to simplify platforms and standardize where appropriate, while maintaining differentiation. - Partner with senior leaders across engineering and product domains to align execution, de-risk key bets, and ensure architectural decisions translate into implementable plans.
