Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Washes/runs all dirty equipment (Pots, Pans, Plates, and cookware) through the dishwashing machine. - Stacks and sorts clean equipment according to company specifications and moves all washed articles into the respective areas. - Cleans drains and machines at end of shift and sanitizing work area as needed - Ensures correct number of meals for each flight are ready, packed and assigned correctly in a timely manner. - Complies with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the Standard Sanitation Operational Procedures. - Reports prob...
