We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team within our Field Delivery group. This role has significant operational responsibilities. You'll manage a team of software engineers, QA, and DevOps, keeping execution on track, processes running smoothly, and quality high across the codebase. A key part of this role is representing the team across the broader Autodesk organization. You'll collaborate with trust, security, privacy, compliance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure we meet organizational standards and deliver on our commitments. You'll also own quality across the codebase, making sure the team has the processes, tools, and culture to ship reliable software at a sustainable pace.
