Essential Duties: - Read and interpret blue prints and follow various work instructions. - Set-up and operate CNC machine tools (CNC lathe/mill) - Set-up and operate various manual machine tools (drill press, belt sander etc.) - Proficient using measuring instruments and gages. - Proficient using various hand tools. - Ability to work well with fellow employees including active participation in employee involvement activities and problem solving. - Fully support and participate in promoting safety at all times. Other Duties: Maintain clean, efficient work area. Ability to work well with minimum supervision. Physical Skill and Effort: Standing, bending, lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs., periodically during an 8 to 12 hr. work shift.
