This is a vital operational role designed for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, mobile environment and is passionate about educational excellence. The Role As a Counselor Supervisor, you are the primary link between our administrative office and our camp locations. You will spend your days in the field, ensuring our staff is supported and our high standards for safety and engagement are met. Key Responsibilities: Field Leadership: Visit approximately 4 camp locations daily across Northern Virginia to mentor counselors and monitor program quality Operational Oversight: Provide performance reports to the main office and facilitate the escalation of complex challenges Logistics & Support: Assist with equipment deliveries and ensure instructors have the supplies needed for success Conflict Resolution: Act as the first responder for on-site issues, including...
