CDD Molecular Designer (F/H/NB) CDD - Chemist – Molecular Designer / Laboratory Coordinator (F/H/NB) Your Role: As a Chemist – Molecular Designer / Laboratory Coordinator , you will contribute to the early discovery of innovative crop protection active ingredients. You will combine hands‑on organic synthesis , molecular design and SAR thinking , and digital and data‑driven approaches to support multidisciplinary research teams. In addition to project responsibilities, you will contribute to site‑level and hub‑level activities , supporting scientific excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the organization. Your Main Responsibilities: Molecular Design & Digital Innovation: - Design, propose, and optimize new small molecules with fungicidal, insecticidal, or herbicidal potential. - Perform hit triage, clustering, and prioritization from diverse hit‑finding approaches (e.g. HTS, fragment screening, DEL, virtual or structure‑based screening). - Apply structure‑based, target‑based, and data‑driven design approaches to guide early discovery projects. - Integrate digital tools such as cheminformatics, molecular modeling, and machine learning to support hit identificat...
