About the Opportunity: This is an open position with Ohio Edison, a subsidiary of FirstEnergy Corp. This is a full-time, on-site position located at the Marion, OH Service Center. Summary: Relay Technicians must have a working knowledge of substation protection, control, relaying, metering equipment and their complex protective relaying schemes. A relay tech inspects, tests, adjusts, calibrates, trouble shoots, repairs and installs transmission/distribution system protection equipment.
