Introduction to the job As a Competence Manager Operational Technology and Security, you play a key role in Asset Management within ASML by translating policies into multi-year strategies that guide the development and optimization of campus assets. You ensure that solutions align with business needs while maximizing value, reliability, and security. You work closely with project teams to define requirements and review designs, ensuring alignment with long-term plans. In addition, you initiate and drive projects where Corporate Real Estate (CRE) is the primary stakeholder, such as system upgrades and refurbishments. Throughout the asset lifecycle, you act as a 3rd line support expert. The role requires balancing input from multiple stakeholders, including CRE, IT, and Security, while addressing the diverse needs of users such as production, logistics, and R&D. This makes the position both dynamic and complex. As the Subject Matter Expert, you cover key domains such as Operational Technology (e.g. SCADA, smart grids, traffic systems), Physical Security (e.g. access control, surveillance), and OT Security.
