We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Audiology Patient Care Coordinator to assist in providing exceptional care to our hearing-impaired patients. Requirements: Objective Summary: The Audiology Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating patient appointments, verifying hearing aid benefits, and obtaining prior authorization for patient services. Additionally, the assistant will perform annual hearing aid checks, in office repairs, coordinate and complete hearing aid repair forms, unboxing of inventory, and other various administrative tasks as instructed by the Director of Audiology.
