We are seeking a Sales Coordinator that plays a critical role in supporting the Sales and Field Marketing teams. This role plays a key part in driving customer engagement and business growth by managing event schedules, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless execution of demo days and roadshows. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across multiple teams. This position will be based in our corporate headquarters in Austin, TX. Event Scheduling & Coordination: - Manage the master schedule in collaboration with Sales and Field Marketing to ensure kits are utilized efficiently and sites are confirmed. - Coordinate sub-regional activities to streamline shipping and logistics. - Partner with AMs and RSMs to identify and secure account sites for demos and roadshows. Communication & Meeting Management: - Send weekly updates to Sales teams with upcoming demo days and confirm event details and logistics. - Own the weekly meeting agenda and discussion with Sales and BU stakeholders. - Distribute weekly email updates to RSMs and RSDs with schedules and areas needing support.
