Job DetailsJob Location: Madison, AL 35756Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: SwingSummary/ Objective: Coordinate activities of Team Members to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations while promoting a team environment and improving all methods. Essential Functions (but are not limited to): Ensures safety of self and others by following all Safety Policies/Procedures and wearing all required PPE. Evaluate, develop, and ensure appropriate training processes are completed when employees move to different jobs. Ensure quality requirements and procedures for the area are understood and met. Manage team members time and attendance and perform coaching as necessary to improve attendance and turnover. Aid team members in solving problems/ concerns that affect their performance. Evaluate the issue and consult Manager and/ or Human Resources as needed to determine the most effective resolution. Review production schedules to ensure the manufacturing of product(s) is completed and scheduled delivery dates are met.
