Lead Account Executive - Network Operations—Certifications Capabilities & Service Quality Capital One is looking for a Principal Associate Project Manager to support the boarding and ongoing system testing of participants on the Discover and Diners Club International (DCI) networks. The Project Manager will collaborate with product and functionality owners to define system testing requirements for network participants and then design, validate and publish scripts, including test automation design in response-simulator applications. Testing subjects focus on core network systems (such as authorizations, settlement and disputes) as well as specific functionality and products that support effective participation on our networks. In addition to designing test scripts for all interfaces, the Project Manager will be responsible for creating associate certification documents for the clients, training participant-facing certification test support staff, and trouble-shooting issues that may arise with applications used for testing purposes.
