This role will be based anywhere in the United States or Canada. As a part of Mercer, the world’s leading HR consulting firm, our Digital Transformation practice is the digital consulting arm of Mercer and a certified Workday implementation and innovation partner. Our Digital Transformation practice is a full-service Workday partner dedicated to transforming our clients’ businesses by leveraging our capabilities and deep expertise across numerous domains, such as HCM, Payroll, Finance, data conversion, strategic transformation, and change management. We also develop strategic direction and opportunities through thought leadership and alignment with Mercer’s broader Career and HR Transformation offerings as well as other Marsh businesses, such as Oliver Wyman and Mercer Marsh Benefits.
