The Foreclosure Specialist Team Lead will be responsible for providing support, workflow guidance, and training to staff within the foreclosure department to ensure all foreclosure loan activities are managed accurately and in a timely manner, in full compliance with applicable state foreclosure requirements. Performs all duties in alignment with company policies and procedures, as well as all relevant state and federal laws and regulations governing the company’s operations. The Target Pay range for this position is $28.00 to $33.00. What you'll do: - Review and process quality control reports, identify areas for continuous improvement. - Monitor team performance, identify opportunities for improvement and revise processes or provide training as needed. - Oversee assigned team’s daily full foreclosure workflow, including updating tracking steps, adjusting schedules, processing reinstatements/payoffs, and ensuring accurate, timely progression through all required actions. - Provided workflow direction and assistance with escalated issues to staff as needed. - Communicate with attorneys and trustees through LenStar, provide reque...
