Associate -Program Manager -Recognition and Engagement Lead The Students & Grads Tech team builds Capital One’s pipeline of top junior talent by delivering a program that communicates our technology innovation and impact while developing outstanding associates at the start of their careers. We are looking for an exceptional associate to support our Tech Student & Grads Alumni in a Recognition & Engagement Role. The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end mentorship lifecycle, developing and executing large scale events (both virtually and in-person), and have proven experience in leading projects across multiple functions. The ideal candidate will also have strong project management, organization, and communication skills, in addition to laser customer focus and meticulous attention to detail.
