Job Title Maintenance Technician Job Description Summary: Job Description: IMPORTANT EDUCATION: - High School Diploma or GED equivalent IMPORTANT EXPERIENCE: - 4+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists with basic troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include doors, floors, plumbing systems, kitchen appliances and miscellaneous equipment, roofs, drains, shop, grounds equipment, and HVAC Competent to replace HVAC Air filters, clear out HVAC drain pans and waste lines, replace HVAC pan waste line as needed, replace HVAC condensate pumps. Experience working with Building Management Systems basic features, like temperature settings, turning lights on and off, and setting schedules. Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems Replace and repair building finishes such as ceiling tiles, door hardware, wallpaper, and can paint walls, piping, floors and equipment Capable of troubleshooting and repairing basic mechanical and plumbing issues Troubleshoot, evaluate, and make recommendations to upgrade maintenance operations and/or implement savings opportunities Ha...
