Job description

The Cage Cashier & Caesars Rewards Representative provides friendly, efficient, and accurate cashiering services for customers and Team Members. Provides “A” level customer service while enthusiastically promoting the Caesars Rewards program. Operates assigned bank or window according to procedure. Verifies previous count sheet from assigned bank or, if window, count sheet from the Main Bank. Counts down bank or window at end of each shift and reconciles to the cage accountability or window impressment. Transfers carts to and from the vault, cage, change banks, and poker room. Responsible for the operation of assigned bank or window according to regulations. Presents oneself as a credit to Caesars and encourages others to do the same. Operates coin wrapping equipment. Verifies coin transferred from main cage to vault. Greets and welcomes customers with a smile as a company representative. Serves as Caesars Rewards and customer service role model for other Team Members. Understands, values, and supports the Caesars Rewards program and special events, promotions, and player programs.
