OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE: Under the direction of the Director of Special Education, the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) leads the development, coordination, and implementation of Bullis Charter School’s behavioral supports and instructional programming. The BCBA ensures that behavioral and social-emotional services for students with disabilities are responsive, effective, and compliant with IDEA, California law, and applicable federal regulations. Approximately 60% of this role focuses on supporting general education students through Tier 1 and Tier 2 interventions within the Multi Tier Systems of Support (MTSS).
