Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week Role Overview: The Talent Enablement Manager supports the delivery of scalable, consistent Talent Management operations across the enterprise. Reporting to the Head of Talent Management Operations, this role focuses on improving how work gets done across the talent lifecycle (recruiting and onboarding, learning, talent management practices). You will help streamline workflows, introduce practical AI-enabled solutions, strengthen execution discipline, and improve visibility into program performance. This role is ideal for an operationally strong, AI-curious leader who enjoys building smarter processes, reducing manual effort, and helping teams work more efficiently. What You’ll Do: - Lead a Talent Enablement team responsible for high-volume operational workflows that support Talent programs. - Identify and implement practical AI and automation solutions to simplify work (e.g., GPT-based assistants, workflow tools, reporting enhancements). - Standardize processes and establish clear SOPs to improve consistency and quality. - Track performance metrics and build simple dashboards that increase transparency into delivery and outcomes. - Dri...
