JOB DESCRIPTION: Marketing Manager-PCIO-FraBeN Objectives: Supporting the business to spot, shape and deliver opportunities to meet the short- and long-term business vision and PCIO France goals while driving sustainable growth through data-driven insight, customer-centric marketing, winning innovation beyond product, and flawless execution. Engaging with KOL, scientific societies, ministry of health to build plan to increase awareness and adoption of PCIO (Imaging, Physiology & Orbital). Responsibilities: - Operationalize PCIO plan revenue & Divisional Margin achievement - Achievement of market share goals and value maximization for all PCIO product areas - Effective development and implementation of marketing strategies and activities throughout France. - Brand Differentiation and Value Preservation / Creation - Adapting global and region marketing strategies to local market needs - Geography influencer and monitor of market activities across EMEA - France lead for input into, and high-level execution of, regional strategies across EMEA geography for maximum impact and outcomes to the PCIO business - Work in close cooperation and influence EHQ and global Marketing to ensure optim...
