About the role We are seeking an Operational Performance Officer to support effective governance, performance management and operational cadence across a complex utility contract. This is a hybrid role, based at either Tullamarine or Broadmeadows, supporting Operations, Planning & Performance and Program teams. This role is coordination‑focused, playing a key role in maintaining governance forums, managing documentation, supporting performance reporting and ensuring the right information flows to the right people at the right time. A strong understanding of governance frameworks and operating rhythms is essential to success in this role. Key responsibilities include: - Coordinate and maintain operational governance forums, including meetings, agendas, minutes, action tracking, and reporting rhythms - Support performance management by coordinating KPI reporting, data collection, systems upkeep, and ensuring high levels of data integrity - Provide administrative and coordination support across planning, operations, and program teams to enable effective delivery of the annual plan of works - Assist with financial and delivery oversight by supporting budget tracking, cost reporting, fo...
