Operations Manager, PATTERN

Job description

PATTERN is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of order fulfillment processes, ensuring the accurate, efficient, and timely delivery of both ecommerce and wholesale orders. This role also involves assisting with monthly reconciliation procedures and coordinating with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Planning & Shared Ops) to find workflow efficiencies. The ideal candidate combines operational leadership with technical EDI expertise and a deep understanding of supply chain best practices. Salary: $95k to $100k: Candidates MUST be based in the Los Angeles area as this is a hybrid role with three days in-person at the West Hollywood office.
