Requirements: - Memorize training material to learn the health benefits of our menu to customers in an upbeat, informative manner. - Display a thorough knowledge of our food and recipes. Must be able to follow recipes and to make all food in a timely and sanitary manner. - Communicate effectively with other staff to ensure that all orders are made correctly and in a timely way – be a team player. - Be reliable, show up to scheduled shifts on-time and communicate scheduling conflicts in a timely manner, including requests for time-off. - Have excellent customer service; be positive and polite. - Assist customers by processing their orders at the point-of-sale, taking phone orders, and inputting third-party delivery orders. - Prepare ingredients for all menu items according to proper procedures. - Continuously uphold cleaning protocols throughout the c...
