Position Title: Program Manager Location: Washington D.C Clearance: Active Top Secret required (TS/SCI preferred or ability to obtain SCI) Position Overview: OMNI is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the stand-up and execution of a new customer program. This individual will serve as the single point of accountability for contractor performance, deliverable quality, and schedule adherence, while acting as the primary liaison between internal teams and customer leadership. The role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and the ability to manage complex program requirements in a dynamic environment.
