Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Estimating & Scope Specialist to support residential remodeling and renovation projects. This role is responsible for defining project scope, developing accurate estimates, and ensuring projects are fully prepared for execution. This position sits at the intersection of field evaluation, estimating, and pre-construction planning , ensuring financial accuracy and operational readiness before projects begin. Responsibilities: 1. Site Evaluation & Scope Definition Conduct site visits to assess conditions, gather measurements, and define detailed project scope. 2. Estimating & Cost Development Develop accurate project estimates based on labor, materials, and construction methods while identifying risks, assumptions, and contingencies. 3. Pre-Construction Planning Translate client requirements and design input into clear, buildable scopes of work that support execution. 4.
