In this role, you’ll help shape and evolve Elements to meet the needs of teams across Sanofi. As Product Design Lead focusing on Design System, you will drive the standardization of user-centered digital experiences at global scale. This role demands deep expertise in user experience, system and interaction design, accessibility and Human-Centered Design methodologies to craft intuitive, efficient, and engaging digital solutions. Success of your role resides in your ability to speed up product operations while unleashing and supporting product design innovation within the Product Design community.
