Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in program management. - 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Preferred qualifications: - Experience with executive-level communication and presentations. - Ability to plan, scope, and take on responsibility for technical projects and drive them to completion through proper execution and governance. - Ability to establish systems to improve business processes, products, or services on an ongoing basis, through measurement of performance, progress, and success metrics. - Excellent influencing and team building skills, with the ability to deliver solutions in a changing environment. - Excellent verbal/written communication, analytical, organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
