This role is responsible for the strategic and operational management of key areas, including employee relations, compliance, onboarding, leaves administration, HR systems, and data management. The HR Manager serves as a key advisor to managers and staff, ensuring that HR policies, procedures, and practices are applied effectively and consistently throughout the organization.
