About the Role: The Patient Navigator position is an exciting opportunity for compassionate, service-minded individuals who want to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through their fertility journey and working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional care and support. We are seeking a Patient Navigator to join our dedicated team in Pinnacle Fertility - Arizona in Chandler, or Glendale, AZ. This is a full-time position , working Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm.
