About the Role The Bit Repair Technician reports directly to the Repair Bit Team Lead and is responsible for performing a variety of manual and machine-based repair processes. These include grinding, blast cleaning, and thermal operations such as brazing and hardfacing using oxy/acetylene equipment. The role focuses on restoring drill bits and DLR tools to a high operational standard, ensuring efficient turnaround to support field operations. The technician also supports bit movement and logistics when required, contributing to overall operational efficiency and quality performance.
