SRM Concrete is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician and yard team member. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance within an industrial environment, with specific skills in electrical systems, plumbing, and welding. This role is critical to ensuring the continuous operation of our plant by performing regular maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to our facilities and machinery. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, team player with a strong work ethic, and the ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
