Role Overview: A fractional project manager at this level leads the end-to-end implementation, UAT, pilot group and rollout of SaaS platforms for cross-functional teams. They bring structured methodology to vendor coordination, stakeholder alignment, change management, and user adoption, ensuring the platform launches on time, within scope, and with measurable adoption across all target teams. This role is scoped specifically around the implementation and global rollout of Highspot as Front Row Group’s content management and sales enablement platform, serving Marketplace Partnerships (MP), DMS US, and DMS EU go-to-market teams.
