JOB DESCRIPTION: The IT Technical Analyst serves as the primary interface between Legal, Travel & Expense, and Information Technology , with end-to-end accountability for demand management, operational support, application lifecycle oversight, and service delivery for assigned platforms. This role ensures solutions are stable, compliant, and cost-effective , while maintaining alignment with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and Adient’s IT strategy. The BRM acts as the single point of contact for assigned applications, translating business needs into IT demand, governing vendors and enhancements, and ensuring operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Own the business relationship and application portfolio for Legal and T&E systems. - Support the Operational activities of the platforms (User Access, Interfaces, Batch Jobs, Change Management). - Ensure application operations, user processes, integrations, and change controls comply with SOX, ITGC , and audit requirements. - Coordinate internal and external audits, including evidence gathering, remediation, and control improvements. - Manage third-party vendors, including issue resolution, enhancement requests, contr...
