A Day in Your Life at MKS: As an Inspector 2 at MKS, Inc, you will partner with the Inspection team to perform first detailed inspection of incoming or purged parts, materials, components, assemblies, equipment, and document results . In this role, you will report to the Incoming Inspection Supervisor. You Will Make an Impact By: Principal Responsibilities: - Responsible for performing first detailed inspection of incoming or purged parts, materials, components, assemblies, equipment, and document results - Coordinates the collection and disposition of purged material - Determines or assists in determining methods, sequences and procedures necessary for inspection - Works from written procedures, drawings, sketches and specifications - Generates Engineering Change Requests to correct drawing issues noted during inspection - Adapts inspection measuring devices and procedures where necessary Required Skills: - Completion of high school, vocational training or equivalent is preferred - 2+ years of related experience - Requires inspection experience, an understanding of inspection techniques, reading, writing and intermediate mathematical skills and the ability to use specialized equip...
