DIRECT HIRE: A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join a dynamic team. The Superintendent ensures projects are built safely, on time, on budget, and in compliance with construction codes and project specifications. This role emphasizes building a team of capable individuals, identifying their strengths, and assigning roles to maximize their potential. The Superintendent must be organized, detail oriented, and proactive, ensuring effective planning and execution while fostering collaboration and accountability. This role involves overseeing foremen, lead persons, electricians, and helpers, ensuring alignment between the team and project goals.
