Position Summary: The Senior Registered Sleep Technologist is responsible for the daily procedures and supervision in the Sleep Lab and serves as Professional Practice Leader (PPL) for Polysomnographic Technology. The Senior Registered Sleep Technologist ensures maximum efficiency and productivity in service provision, as well as overseeing quality within the Sleep Lab. The Senior Registered Sleep Technologist serves as an advisor to staff in technical issues and all matters pertaining to patient care, and inter-departmental organization, and co-ordination necessary to fulfil patient needs and ensure patient safety.
