Job Description Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot issues and perform minor repairs on injection molding machines. - Work with production equipment to maximize run times and insure machines produce quality product. - Communicate with others as necessary to keep them informed of maintenance issues and activities. - Perform work safely and ensure good housekeeping practices and procedures are followed. Qualifications: 3rd shift: 11:00 pm to 7:30 am Starting pay: $21.53/hr, plus $1.00/hr shift differential - High school diploma/GED equivalent. - Technical experience and mechanical aptitude. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational skills and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously. - Ability to remain calm in a stressful situation. - Willingness to be coached and trained. - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
