Job Description This is a 2nd shift Quality Engineer role Onsite: This role is categorized as onsite. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to our Toledo location. The Role: As a Site Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for validating execution of Quality Systems requirements, which include all metrics of Voice of Customer (VOC), Initial, Long Term and Design Quality. Responsibilities also include monitoring progress to meet quality goals through common global process assessments, facilitating rapid containment of issues, installation of countermeasures and Leadership escalation, if required, to ensure Quality targets are achieved. A considerable amount of creativity and initiative will be involved, as well as a high level of independent judgment.
