Summary: The Customer Care Associate (CCA) is a redemption center employee who is positioned on the exterior of the site to assist with greeting/engaging with customers and ensuring that the exterior of the site meets company standards. This involves interacting with customers for the purpose of informing of redemption center policies and procedures as well as welcoming and answering any questions that customers may have upon entry. The employee is responsible for the appearance of the exterior of the building from a cleanliness standpoint to ensure the safety for our staff and customers.
