Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p: No On-Call and No Weekends: Territory: Randolph, Alliance, Brewster, Greentown, Hartville, Louisville, Massillon, Navarre, Canton, East Canton, North Canton,, Burbank, Clinton, Creston, Doylestown, Rittman, Sterling, West Salem, Apple Creek, Canal Fulton, Dalton/Lebanon, Fredericksburg, Kidron, Marshallville, Mount Eaton, North Lawrence, Orville, Shreve, Smithville, Wooster Agency: Summa Health at Home and Hospice SUMMARY: The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) provides comprehensive skilled services under the direction of a Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist Assistant educates patients and their family members and ensures safety of the patient. The PTA is accountable for completing accurate documentation and remains compliant with all legal rules and regulations.
