Job Summary: We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager that will support the Property Manager in the efficient operation of a senior affordable housing community. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, assisting residents, and ensuring compliance with housing regulations, including HUD, LIHTC, and Section 8 programs. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally. Assist in leasing activities, including showing units, processing applications, and conducting background checks. Help manage rent collections, enforce lease terms, and address delinquencies.
