Position Summary: The Complex Chief Engineer is responsible for overseeing all engineering, maintenance, and asset protection functions across multiple hotel properties. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of all building systems, equipment, and physical assets. The Complex Chief Engineer leads engineering teams, manages preventative maintenance programs, oversees capital projects, and ensures compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. This position plays a critical role in protecting the asset, minimizing downtime, and supporting overall guest satisfaction and operational excellence. What will you be doing most days?
