SUMMARY: The County Market Front End Supervisor is responsible for ensuring superior customer service, supervising and directing the Front End team, training and coaching staff to provide the highest standards of customer service and ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Delivers superior guest service and ensure absolute customer satisfaction - Maintains customer satisfaction by providing solutions to concerns - Learns and uses the GUEST program - Greet Customers.
