Resident Maintenance Engineer 📍 Lewis Cubitt Square, King’s Cross, London N1C 4DY 🏢 Pareto FM 🕒 Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 17:00 Pareto FM has an excellent opportunity for a Resident Maintenance Engineer to join our engineering team at a high-profile commercial site in King’s Cross, London . This role is based at one dedicated site , allowing you to build a strong understanding of the building, its plant and critical systems while working closely with the wider facilities and contract management teams. You will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems , ensuring the client’s assets are maintained in a safe, efficient and fully operational condition. The Role: As a Resident Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation and maintenance of building services systems.
