BASIC FUNCTION: Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis for all IT related projects, systems and applications; monitor and document systems processes, including the delivery of regular status reports to all appropriate parties. Gather business requirements, manage project documentation including all data mapping and business flows, manage change requests. Work closely with IT project managers throughout the entire process lifecycle.
